The Caribbean (40.5 x 34.5 cm)

I dive into the painting.
With my float-like brush.
I go playing with shades.
There, where the sun shines brightest.

The Caribbean was my home.
The fisherman's as well.
It's been a long time since I left.
But this love remains here.

That sea is far away now.
Like my eyes from the sun.
But the soul does not go into exile.
I bring it with color.
